Very good location. Near famous onsens. Quiet room with garden. Private onsen available. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Excellent dinner. Worth the money.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a traditional Japanese hotel in the Kinosakionsen area. The hotel was conveniently located right in the center of town, making it easy to explore and visit nearby attractions. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a separate living space and a Western bed, providing a perfect blend of traditional and modern comfort. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, exceeding all expectations.

We had an amazing xmas stay at a traditional Japanese guesthouse. The room was so spacious and had comfortable futons. The staff was so friendly and welcoming that they even gave us free access passes to all the public onsens nearby. The food was spectacular, scrumptious breakfast and dinner were served. A shuttle bus was provided, and it was very convenient to get to the train station. We enjoyed hopping from one onsen to another, and we appreciated how clean they were. a fantastic and relaxing experience.

The attached toilet was a bit small, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use. The curtains in the room weren't thick enough to block out the light from outside, which made it hard to sleep.

This hotel is really something special. the staff here genuinely want you to enjoy your stay, and it shows. They are incredibly welcoming, going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. the breakfast they serve is traditional Japanese, which is a real treat, and the private onsen are a real highlight. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the location is excellent. You're right in the heart of things, and there's plenty to explore nearby, including some great restaurants and cafes.

Although the communication with the staff might be a bit difficult if you don't speak Japanese, they are very kind and will do their best to help you out.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Toyooka, Hyogo. the location was fantastic. It was really close to pretty much everything, making it easy to explore the area by public transport. Secondly, the staff were so friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were great with Western beds, providing a cozy and restful night's sleep. All in all, I was extremely happy with my experience at this hotel.

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Toyooka. the location is perfect - it's really close to pretty much everything, including the station. I could easily explore the area without any hassle. Secondly, the service and staff were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Finally, the rooms were great. I loved that they had Western-style beds, as I prefer them over the traditional Ryokan style. Plus, the rooms had both a living space and a bedroom, which was a nice added touch. I would be happy to spend another night or two at this hotel to check out the rest of the area.

Honestly, there was nothing that I can think of that could be improved at this hotel. Everything was just perfect.

The hotel provided luxurious and spacious accommodations, complete with private hot springs that were rarely occupied. the location was convenient and offered easy access to nearby attractions, combined with friendly and accommodating staff that made the stay even more enjoyable.

The provided yukata did not fit all body types, which was a disappointment. noise from the onsen could be heard easily in certain rooms, which diminished the relaxation experience.
